Fulltime delegate registrations includes:
• Attendance at summit sessions
• Daily refreshment breaks & lunch

• Industry exhibition admission

Day delegate registrations* (all categories) includes:
• Attendance at summit sessions on the day of registration
• Refreshment breaks & lunch on the day of registration
• Industry exhibition admission on the day of registration
• Delegate satchel and program book
* The meeting welcome reception and gala dinner are not included in the registration fee for day delegates. Registrants may purchase tickets to these functions at the guest ticket price. Please indicate on the registration form if you wish to purchase tickets to these functions.
Registration terms and conditions
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Summit Managers.
Cancellations received on or before 9 June 2014 will be refunded in full, less a 25% administration fee. No registration refunds will be made after this date.
As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation, subject to a AUD33 processing fee.
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
Your registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
Payment must be received by the due date to receive the discount, otherwise the next level of payment will be charged.
Only Visa and Mastercard are accepted.
Payment by credit card is acceptable. Please note that debits to your credit card will appear as Event Planners Australia on your statement.
Electronic funds transfer (EFT)
Payment may also be made by electronic funds transfer.
Please ensure the amount transferred is equal to the total due INCLUDING any bank charges. To assist in the allocation of your payment, please fax transfer advice to +61 (7) 3858 5499 immediately after payment to ensure prompt allocation of your payment.
Please ensure that the conference acronym ‘ANZCHOG 2014’ and invoice number are included on the transfer notice.
