Privacy statement

  • MCI Australia, which is the appointed organiser for the event, is required to collect contact details of all registered delegates to communicate all relevant event information. Your name and contact information, including electronic address and phone number, may be used by parties directly related to the event such as the host association, approved stakeholders and sponsors for relevant purposes such as promotion, networking and administration of this and future events of this type, and for other communication purposes in accordance with the National Privacy Principles outlined in the Privacy Act 1988. If you do not consent to your contact details being provided to approved stakeholders of the event (such as sponsors) please provide written advice via registration@g20yeasummit.mci-group.com.

  • By providing your email address and/or facsimile number on the accompanying form you consent to be contacted by these methods in relation to this event and future events of this type.
  • Should you not wish your details to be used for any of the above purposes, please contact the conference managers at registration@g20yeasummit.mci-group.com .

Intention to photograph

  • Delegates and others are advised that photographs may be taken during the meeting and reproduced for promotional purposes.


  • We strongly recommend attendees ensure they are appropriately covered for relevant insurances, including travel insurance. The conference managers do not take responsibility for attendees failing to insure.


  • G20YEA Summit, MCI Australia and their agents act only as organisers of these activities and do not accept responsibility for any act or omission on the part of the service providers. No liability is accepted for any inaccuracy, misdescription, delay, damage, death or personal injury.
